Thank You Dorayaki (Arigatou Dorayaki)

Our baked Dorayaki patty shell, which is made from wheat flour and glutinous rice flour, wrapped around the red bean filling and butter.

This sweet will help you express a feeling of gratitude and easily say “Thank You”, which is sometimes hard to say.

Happiness Dorayaki (Shi-Awase Dorayaki)

This Dorayaki is made in order to wish the people who eat and receive the happiness. We also prayed for the happiness at the temple in Yamagata.

Each patty shell of the Dorayaki is thoroughly made by our makers.

As the texture of the Dorayaki is really soft and delicate, we need to make the adjustment while making the Dorayaki to match with the room temperature and humidity.

Even though it is hard to make the perfect combination of the Dorayaki due to different seasons, our makers try their best to make the best Dorayaki for you.

This Dorayaki filled with our special red bean paste is made from wheat flour and glutinous rice flour, which give you a springy texture of Dorayaki shell.

Zunda Mochi

This Mochi, which is made from the glutinous rice grown in Yamagata, is considered to be one of the most delicious Mochi due to the level of its stickiness and the smoothness of the texture. The more the rice is pound by the mallet, the better and the stickier it becomes.
Also, the whiteness of the rice made the Mochi becomes transparently white, which is beautiful.

So, please enjoy the beauty of the Mochi before eating.

Hiden Mame, which is considered to be one of the best beans among Edamame especially the good smell of it, is used to make the Zunda so that it gives you a sweet and great taste.

Each bean is manually taken out from its sprout while the makers also make sure that the taste and deliciousness of Zunda is at the satisfied level before finishing up the process.

Kurumi Mochi (Walnut Mochi)

This Mochi, which is made from glutinous rice grown in Yamagata to give a great texture from its level of stickiness, is topped with the walnut paste. So, it gives the perfect combination of a mild sweet and salty taste with the crunchy texture of walnut.

It can be said that the walnut is good for our health and our blood, and it can help us easily recovered from the exhaustion. It can also help promote the beautiful skin and beautiful hair as well.

Zunda Dango

It is the same Zunda as the one in Mochi. After unpacking, you can enjoy the good smell of Edamame spreading from the package.

Dango is made from flour, in which there are 2 different ways of making it, and non-glutinous rice which is prepared by a special mixing formulation.

Therefore, this gives a pleasant and chewy Dango.

We also export this to Germany, and it is really popular.

Kurumi Dango (Walnut Dango)

Our original combination of 2 types of non-glutinous rice prepared by our particular manufacturing method is used to make the Dango. The humidity and temperature adjustment is required on a daily basis while making those chewy Dango for you to enjoy. A perfect sweetness and salty taste with the crunchy texture of walnut is our secret of the product’s popularity.

Mitarashi Dango

Our original combination of 2 types of non-glutinous rice prepared by our particular manufacturing method is used to make the pleasant and chewy Dango.

We use the best soy sauce with a mild sweetness and thickness to cover our Dango, which is a perfect match.

As it is a grilled Dango, so it increases the savory flavor, the sweetness and saltiness of the sauce, which is delicious.

Fukkou Sakura Daifuku

The product name, “Fukkou” and “Daifuku”, has a meaning of a wish for the great happiness. And when you think of Japan, Sakura is one of the things that will come to your mind.
As the Sakura petals are scattered all over the Mochi, so it is a beautiful sweet at a glance.

As there is Sakura in the red bean paste as well, you can sense a good smell of Sakura inside your mouth.

Fukkou Shio Daifuku

The product name, “Fukkou” and “Daifuku”, has a meaning of a wish for the coming of the great happiness.
The soft Mochi is wrapped around the red bean paste.

It is a Daifuku that both the red bean paste and the Mochi are seasoned with the salt.

Even though there is a slight salty taste, the sweetness of the red bean paste and the saltiness are just perfect together.

Fukkou Zunda Daifuku

Fukkou in Japanese has a meaning of happiness.

When there was a big earthquake in Japan in 2012, the confectionery shops were thinking of restoring Japan by making the Fukkou Daifuku (the homophone of Fukkou in Japanese has a meaning of restoration as well). It is believed that Daifuku can bring the big happiness for people.
Daifuku is made from the soft Mochi and wrapped around the bean paste.

You will be able to sense the good smell of Edamame spreading through your mouth within one bite.
The crunchy texture of Edamame together with the springy texture of the Mochi makes this become one of the most delicious sweets.
